- Pray for a peaceful opening of the Holocaust Museum in Amsterdam.

Today, Sunday, Dutch King Willem Alexander, and Israel’s President Herzog plan to attend the opening of the Holocaust Museum. Despite it being considered “a huge blow to anyone who cares about the fate of the Palestinian people and value justice” per the K7 alliance of Dutch mosques, the opening is scheduled. Pray that no violence will occur.

Romans 12:18 – “if it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with

everyone.”

- Pray for kidnapped children in Nigeria.

Over two-hundred children were kidnapped in Northwest Nigeria from their school last week. Pray for the safety of the children, pray for their families, and pray for their safe return.

Psalm 125:4,5 – “Lord, do good to those who are good, to those who are upright

in heart. But those who turn to crooked ways the Lord will banish with the

evildoers.”

- Continue prayers for Haiti.

Per Worthy News, the Christian Post reports that churchgoers are “being abducted at an alarming rate” in Haiti. As lawless gangs continue to cause havoc, pray against the treat of civil war and the violence and evil in Haiti will subside. Pray for Haitian Christians as they continue to follow Christ and stand strong in their faith.

Luke 21:19 – “By standing firm you will gain life.”

- Pray for Christian women in countries where forced marriages are occurring.

Woman and girls are being forced into marriages and forced into denying their faith and being converted to Islam. This is a form of exploitation puts these women and girls at risk of sexual violence. Pray for just authorities to end these acts of forced marriages and protect these believing women and children.

Psalm 18:1 – “The Lord is my rock, my fortress and my delivered; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.”

Ephesians 6:10-12 – “Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his might power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.”

- Pray for Israel.

Pray for strong leadership to end terrorist attacks. Pray for them to have wisdom in how to approach and deal with ongoing conflicts. Pray for all the Jewish people to accept Christ.

Psalm 130:7,8 – “Israel, put your hope in the Lord, for with the Lord is unfailing love and with him is full redemption. He himself will redeem Israel form all their sins.”

Psalm 131:3 – “Israel, put your hope in the Lord both now and forevermore.”
