-          Give a shout of Praise.

Last week, thousands of people in the United States and around the world gathered to celebrate life. The 53rd March for Life was held in Washington D.C., United States, where a unified declaration was made that “Life Is a Gift.” Pray for all to come to the realization that life is a gift and that hearts will turn and abortions will end worldwide.

Psalm 139:15,16 – “My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place. When I was woven together in the depts of the earth, your eyes saw my unformed body. All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.”

Psalm 127:3 – Sons are a heritage from the Lord, children a reward from him.”

-          Pray for the Middle East.

United States carrier USS Abraham Lincoln and accompanying warships have entered the Middle East as tensions with Iran escalate. President Trump has warned that “time is running out” for Tehran to negotiate its nuclear program in addition to the political repression where demonstrators have been killed or arrested.

Psalm 21:8-13 – “Your hand will lay hold on all your enemies; your right hand will seize your foes. At the time of your appearing you will make them like a fiery furnace. In his wrath the Lord will swallow them up, and his fire will consume them. You will destroy their descendants from the earth, their posterity from mankind. Through they plot evil against you and devise wicked schemes, they cannot succeed; for you will make them turn their backs when you aim at them with drawn bow. Be exalted, O Lord, in your strength; we will sing and praise your might.”

-          Pray for Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC).

Violence continues to plague those in eastern DRC. Last Sunday at least twenty-five people were killed by an attack from an Islamic State-linked militant group. The victims were believed to include Christians. Pray for those who mourn the loss of loved ones and pray for the violence to end in Congo.

Psalm 25:3 – “No one whose hope is in you will ever be put to shame, but they will be put to shame who are treacherous without excuse.”

-          Pray for those who are mourning in Mexico.

Eleven people were killed and a dozen others wounded after a gunmen opened fire at a soccer field in Salamanca, Mexico. It is believed to be a crime of gang violence as the area has on-going turf wars between gangs and the Cartel. Pray for those who lost loved ones. Pray for healing of those injured. Pray for these gangs and the Cartel to be brought to justice and bring an end to the violence.

Psalm 140:1,2 – “Rescue me, O Lord, from evil men; protect me from men of violence, who devise evil plans in their hearts and stir up war every day.”

Matthew 5:4 – “Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.”

-          Pray for Indonesia.

Last Sunday emergency workers resumed search for seventy-two missing from a landslide that killed over two dozen people in the West Java province of Indonesia. Over two hundred people were evacuated from the area. Pray for those who are mourning and pray for the rescue teams as they work to discover those missing.

Psalm 34:18 – “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.”

-          Pray for Israel.

As the remains of the last Israel hostage are returned, there is closure, but grief remains. Continue to pray for all those who have lost loved ones and continue to pray for an end to conflict in Israel.

Revelation 21:4 – “He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.”

 -          Continue to pray for abortion to end everywhere. Continue to pray for Israel.
