- Pray for Ukraine and Russia as war continues.
Continue to pray for this war to end. Following efforts for a diplomatic solution between Russia and Ukraine, attacks continued as Russia sent powerful drones and missiles into Kyiv. Five people were killed and dozens injured.

Psalm 46:9 – “He makes wars cease to the ends of the earth; he breaks the bow and shatters the spear, he burns the shields with fire.”
- Pray for Israel.
Pray against terrorist threats as thousands gather to pray at the Western Wall in Jerusalem and prepare to celebrate the High Holy Days (Rosh Hashanah ends Sunday, September 13th, Sukkot begins, September 25th, and Yon Kippur begins September 20th). Pray protection as this time of repentance, prayer, and worship leads to large communal gatherings.
Israel has also launched nationwide war drills in preparation for multi-front attacks. Pray for their protection.

- Pray for the Middle East/pray for Iran.
As we continue to lift up the tensions that continue to grow in the Middle East, pray for the Iranian Christians as they face arrests, mounting restrictions, and death. Despite the persecution, the underground ministry reports that thousands are turning to Jesus. Historic Christian communities continue to have limited freedom to practice their faith but converts and evangelists face arrests and severe punishment. Pray for our brothers and sisters in Iran.
Matthew 5:11,12 – “Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me. Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you.”
- Pray for Christian freedom in private homes.
An Orthodox Jewish resident in the state of Ohio (United States), was issued a cease-and-desist order indicating he could not hold a prayer gathering in his private home without a $400 permit. The Department of Justice is supporting this individual against the City of University Heights; the hearing is set for December. The result could have implications affecting home Bible studies, prayer meetings, and small group gatherings in homes across the United States. Pray for this hearing, pray for people to be permitted to worship together in their homes, and praise God for your freedom to worship Him.
Psalm 103:6 – “The Lord works vindication and justice for all who are oppressed.”
Isaiah 54:17 – “No weapon forged against you will prevail, and you will refute every tongue that accuses you.”
- Pray for all who lost loved ones in the 9/11 attacks.
Friday, September 11th, marked the 25th anniversary of the terrorist attacks in the United States. Pray for those that lost family members and friends. Pray for an end to terrorist activity worldwide.
Ephesians 6:11,18 – “Put on the full armor of God so that y you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints.”
- Continue to pray for abortion to end everywhere. Continue to pray for Israel.
