    -          Pray for Haiti.

As gang violence continues in Haiti, five people, including two Nuns, were killed in Mirebalais as street gangs took control of neighborhoods committing acts of murder, rape, and arson, destroying homes, schools, and churches. The prison was stormed, and at least five-hundred inmates were freed. Anti-Christian violence and attacks are prevalent, and people are fleeing the area, leaving their homes behind. Mirebalais is the home of the most advanced medical facility and links the county with its major roadways. Pray for the Christians in Mirebalais and for all the citizens, for the hospital, and for the gangs to be subdued and that peace would inhabit this country.

Psalm 140:1,2,4 – “Rescue me, O Lord, from evil men; protect me from men of violence, who devise evil plans in their hearts and stir up war every day. Keep me, O Lord, from the hands of the wicked; protect me from men of violence who plan to trip my feet.”

-          Pray for Christians in China.

As China prepares new regulations “to outlaw all missionary work,” effective May 1, 2025, pray for all missionaries that are in China to preach the Good News and pray for the independent house churches that are operating outside of the state system. Pray for the Christians whose activities that are “confined to churches officially sanctioned and closely monitored by the State” to remain strong in their beliefs and not be swayed by the Communist beliefs. Pray for protection of all Christians as China is a global leader in using technology to “monitor and suppress citizens” and it is ranked 15th out of fifty on the Open Doors World Watch list for severe Christian persecution.

Isaiah 26:3-4 – “You will keep in perfect peace him whose mind is steadfast, because he trusts in you. Trust in the Lord forever, for the Lord, the Lord, is the Rock eternal.

-          Pray for the Dominican Republic.

A roof collapsed at Jet Set, a night club in the Dominican Republic’s capital, leaving ninety-eight dead and at over one-hundred fifty hospitalized. Pray for those who

have lost loved ones, pray for the injured, and pray for the country as they mourn this tragedy.

Matthew 5:4 – “Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.”

Psalm 46:1 – “God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in

trouble.”

-          Continue prayers for Ukraine and Israel as Ukrainians are “mourning after one of the deadliest Russian attacks so far,” and Israel receives advanced missile systems from the United Stats as there are “growing fears of a looming military confrontation with Iran.”

-          Praise God for another United States University Revival.

Thousands of students gathered at Baylor University in Waco Texas, for 72 hours of continuous prayers. Nearly three-thousand students attended this event, thirty-five gave their lives to God, and baptisms occurred. “Prayer is powerful. Things happen when we pray,” said Charles Ramsey, Ph.D., associate chaplain and director of Chapel and Campus Ministries. So let us join these students in prayer and pray that the Holy Spirit continues to show up to youth at universities and schools throughout the United Stats and around the world.

Matthew 28:19,20 – “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely, I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

-          Thank Jesus that He died for our sins and was resurrected so that we may be resurrected also and live with Him in eternity.

1 Corinthians 15:17,20,21 – “And if Christ has not been raised, your faith is futile; you are still in your sins. But Christ has indeed been raised from the dead, the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep. For since death came through a man, the resurrection of the dead comes also through a man.”

-          Continue prayers for peace in Ukraine, Russia, and Israel.
