- Pray for an end to Ebola virus outbreak. An outbreak of the Bundibugyo Ebola virus, a deadly strain, in Congo and Uganda has called for a health emergency. There have been around eighty suspected deaths from the virus, and several hundred others have been infected. Pray for this virus to be contained and that those infected can recover. - Pray for churches in Ukraine. The Evangelical Churches are growing in Ukraine as the war continues. One hundred six new churches have started over the past four years and over thirteen thousand people have been baptized. As war and uncertainty surround people in Ukraine, they are searching for hope and “they’re finding that faith in Christ is the only anchor in the storm,” as reported in Worthy News last week.
