-          Pray for an end to Ebola virus outbreak.

An outbreak of the Bundibugyo Ebola virus, a deadly strain, in Congo and Uganda has called for a health emergency. There have been around eighty suspected deaths from the virus, and several hundred others have been infected. Pray for this virus to be contained and that those infected can recover. Pray for those who mourn the loss of loved ones to this virus.

Psalm 103:2-4 – “Praise the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits, who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion.”

-          Pray for Israel.

As operations against Hezbollah intensifies, pray for victory for Israel against terrorism.

Pray for the Christians and Messianic Jews in Israel, as they are feeling harassment in the form of vandalism targeting churches and cemeteries, and experiencing occasional physical harassment.

Pray for the Jewish people and for the salvation of Israel, they are the chosen ones that God made His covenant with, pray for them to accept Jesus as the Messiah.

Psalm 105 -4, 6-10 – “Look to the Lord and his strength, seek his face always. O descendants of Abraham his servant, O sons of Jacob, his chosen ones. He is the Lord our God; his judgments are in all the earth. He remembers his covenant forever, the work he commanded, for a thousand generations. The covenant he made with Abraham, the oath he swore to Isaac. He confirmed it to Jacob as a decree, to Israel as an everlasting covenant.”

Acts 4:12 – “Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved.”

-          Pray for the Baltic countries in Europe.

A Russian drone that violated Lithuania’s airspace, grows NATO concerns and puts European countries on high alert as war spills beyond the borders of Ukraine. Pray for the attacks to stop and for the war to end.

Job 12:23 – “He makes nations great and destroys them; he enlarges nations and disperses them.

-          Pray for the Middle East.

United States forces remain ready for a full-scale assault on Iran if negotiations fail. Tehran continues to threaten the United States and their allies. Oil inventories are shrinking fast as Iran conflicts continue in concert with the closure of the Strait of Hormuz disrupting global shipping. As nations are being shaken and alliances are shifting, pray for righteousness to fall on the region and for peace.

Proverbs 15:26 – “The Lord is far from the wicked, but he hears the prayers of the righteous.”

-          Continue prayers for Nigeria.

Another school attack by suspected Islamist militants has resulted in the abduction of dozens of students. Pray for their safe return and for the families that await their return.

Nigerian and United States governments joined forces to intensify efforts against Islamic State militants in West Africa resulting in the death of Abu Bakral-Mainuki. He was described as the “second in command globally” within ISIS, per President Trump. Many Christians and Muslims have been killed for many years, pray for efforts to stop these killings will cease.

Psalm 108:13 – “With God we will gain the victory, and he will trample down our enemies.”

 -          Continue to pray for abortion to end everywhere. Continue to pray for Israel.
