HE IS RISEN! Thank you Jesus that you were willing to be a sacrifice for us so that we can rise and be in eternity with you.

-          Continue prayers for the Middle East as unrest continues.

Iran’s hostility was fueled by the collapse of a major bridge, which was critical for transportation between Tehran and Karaj, when struck by United States forces. As President Trump attempts to get Iran “to make a deal before it’s too late,” Iran responded launching missiles targeting U.S. and Israeli military positions. The crisis in Iran deepens as leadership is divided on actions and the economy remains unstable. Pray for righteous leadership and pray for the Christians in Iran to continue to bring the light of Jesus.

Proverbs 12:5-7 – “The thoughts of the righteous are just, but the counsels of the wicked are deceitful. The words of the wicked lie in wait for blood, but the mouth of the upright will deliver them. The wicked are overthrown and are no more., but the house of the righteous will stand.”

-          Pray for the opening of the Strait of Hormuz.

As Iranian attacks escalate, the United Arab Emirates prepare to assist the United States and allied nations in reopening the Strait of Hormuz. The possibility of this Islamic nation aligning with the U.S. and Israel signifies rapidly changing dynamics in the Middle East.

Proverbs 11:4-6 – “Riches do not profit in the day of wrath, but righteousness delivers from death. The righteousness of the blameless will smooth his way, but the wicked will fall by his own wickedness. The righteousness of the upright will deliver them, but the treacherous will be caught by their own greed.”

-          Continue to pray for Israel.

Hezbollah fired rockets across Israel on Wednesday as families gathered for Passover. As they continue the war on terrorists, pray for their military and safety for their civilians.

Isaiah 43:1-3a – “But now, thus says the Lord, your Creator, O Jacob, and He who formed you, O Israel, Do not fear for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name; you are Mine! When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the river, they will not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be scorched, nor will the flame burn you. For I am the Lord your God, The Holy One of Israel, your Savior.”

-          Continue prayers for Nigeria.

At least thirty people were killed in a Palm Sunday attack and another thirteen killed at a social gathering. Pray for Christians to remain anchored in Christ and that these persecutions would end. As violence continues to rise, believers worldwide are called to intercede.

Psalm 10:17,18 – “O Lord, Thou hast heard the desire of the humble; thou wilt strengthen their heart, Thou wilt incline Thine ear to vindicate the orphan and the oppressed. That man who is of the earth may cause terror no more.”

Hebrews 6:18,19 – “In order that by two unchangeable things, in which it is impossible for God to lie, we may have strong encouragement, we who have fled for refuge in laying hold of the hope set before us. This hope we have as an anchor of the soul, a hope both sure and steadfast and one which enters within the veil.”

-          Pray for Revival in the United States.

According to Barna, an independent research group, millions of Americans are anticipating a Spiritual Awakening. Twenty-nine percent of U.S. adults and thirty-eight percent of Gen Z are believing a revival is likely. Among those believing, prayer is ranked as a top factor, so we all need to join in prayer for this awakening. With mental health struggles, economic uncertainty, and political division people are searching for hope and stability. Pray that people will find their hope in Jesus.

Mathew 24:14 – “And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in the whole world for a witness to all the nations, and then the end shall come.”

 -          Continue to pray for abortion to end everywhere. Continue to pray for Israel.
